February 19,2011 Killeen Prom Dress Give Away

We had a wonderful turn out on Saturday, 02/19/11 at the Clements Boys and Girls Club give away. Killeen TX. I was hosted by the Club and Provisional Jr. League of Killeen TX.  We were to provide Free Prom Dresses to 63 Girls, most taking home two dresses. Several local businesses provided products and services for door prize give aways. Families were grateful, girls were all smiles and all Volunteers who assisted with the Free Shop Day were left with a warm feeling. It is about girls helping girls and women helping women.

Nettie Pearl's Closet will return to the Clements Boys and Girls Club in Killeen TX. Next Saturday will be this areas second annual prom dress give away event.I am thrilled to meeting with Allison Shopbell and the helpful members of the Junior League who will host this event along with the club.
